Clothing question
We leave for our first Disney cruise next week and we are all super excited. I have one question about clothing for my 5 year old son. For dinner, excluding the formal and semi-formal nights, does he have to wear pants each night or will he be okay in shorts and a golf shirt? Thanks!

He should be fine in that, especially if they are khaki shorts.

Many think that it gets cold in the MDRs so he might not be comfortable in shorts.

Shorts are fine. My boys never get cold in dining rooms, but I do!
 When they were little, I carried a little jacket for them. They never put them on, but I had a jacket just in case.

Personally, I think shorts and a golf shirt would be fine. My son will probably wear jeans and sports t-shirt every night. I think shorts and golf shirt looks much nicer than that! I think Disney has missed the mark here. I think no denim would be more appropriate than no shorts.
