We board the Dream on Sunday and I want to sign up for wine tastings, do I do this at guest services? Which deck / where is that?

We also have requested that we be seated alone at dinner, can I check to see if this request was granted? Where do I do this, same palce?

Yes, you sign up at Guest Service for the tastings. I'm fairly certain that would be in the same area where you are boarding the ship (sorry, I've only been on the classic ships and you enter ther atrim there and that's where GS is).

Check your Navigator that you get at check-in for where the dining changes are being handled, that's where you would confirm if you got your request or not.
