also, can anyone suggest another good cruise forum? I am assuming this is all disney cruises

KSF discounts are only offered when a cruise isn't selling well. It doesn't happen that often when you consider the number of cruises DCL does in a year. www.Cruisecritic.com is a message board for other cruise lines.
