Depends on which ship you will be sailing for some of the shows, but I would recommend any of the following Disney movies:
aladdin Cinderella Peter Pan Mary Poppins Beauty & the Beast Lion King Princess & the Frog Pinocchio toy Story Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs Sleeping Beuty 101 Dalmations Lady & the Tramp Mulan Pocahontas Hunchback of Notre Dame |

The characters you kids will see are the classic Disney characters. So Disney Cartoons. You have a pirate tight so Pirates of the Caribbean, if your kids are old enough. Then look at the Navigators for your cruise and see what nightly shows are going to show. They always have one related to Peter Pan.
