Unable to modify my reservation?

I currently have 2 cruises book 1 in Sept. 3 day on the Dream and a 7 day EC on the Fantasy. I can modify my Sept cruise but not my Nov. cruise online. why would this be?

Did you book your November cruise yourself through DCL, or did you use an agent (or give an agent's name when booking?) If you used an agent or indicated an agent when booking onboard, only they can modify your cruise. I didn't know that the one time I used an agent. It's why I prefer to book them myself, now, so I can easily make the changes on-line.

Are you by chance sailing concierge on the Fantasy? If so, I think that is the reason. Every time we sail concierge it is that way for us too(we book direct with DCL so it isn't a using a TA issue)

My new reservation has a TA and states I can't modify but it also doesn't show how much I owe. I don't remember if this info disappears once transferred but I'm wondering if there is something going on with the system since it doesn't show any $ amounts at all.

You can't see that info since you booked with a TA.

This happened to me, it was originally booked onboard. I could change the date, but not add people successfully. It would take me to the payment page and give me an error statement.

I eventually had to call and they were able to do it on their computer, but there was some kind of glitch.

Yes!!! I am! That must be it! We also booked direct.. No TA. Thanks I was worried I had done something wrong!
