Which TS would you choose?

For the most part, we plan to do all QS and are absolutely happy with that decision. In general, I tend to hate making TS reservations and then having to plan around getting there and so forth. But, I thought maybe I'd do one TS. Nothing super fancy but something my 10 year old son would enjoy.

So I guess that's my question. If you were going to do one TS with a 10 year old boy, which would you choose and why?

I'll look into this.

Also, does your user name mean anything in particular? It has me harkening back to an album I once loved and had to ask.

Sci Fi at dhs is a lot of fun! It's also reasonably priced by Disney standards

My 9 year old asked on our last trip if we could do Chef Mickey's every time after that.

I would probably choose:
1. Chef Mickey's at Contemporary
2. Tusker House at AK
3.Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex

Some of my DS11's favorites:

Boma (breakfast or dinner)
'Ohana dinner
Cape May breakfast
Via Napoli
California Grill
Olivia's (at OKW)
Biergarten
50s PT
Whispering Canyon

He was never willing to eat at CP (neither of my kids like Pooh), and he hated CRT when he was 8. But otherwise he has enjoyed pretty much every WDW restaurant we have eaten at. His favorite is probably Boma, although he's itching to get back to Olivia's to get more buttermilk fried chicken. And he felt very grown up at Cali Grill. We've found that at this age we're better off going to a non-buffet since he doesn't eat enough to pay adult prices. The nicer TS restaurants have kids menus with steak (DS's favorite) and they'll still let him order a kids meal even though he's over 9.
