The Huntley Brinkley Report. My mom worked graveyard shift, so took a nap in the evening, but I seem to recall her being interested in The Fugitive.
And I remember Friday nights she made a big deal out of making popcorn so we could watch a circus show....which I swear was titled "Friday Night at the Circus" but I can find no record of it. I remember watching Ed Sullivan with them.
We were the first on the block with a color TV, I remember my mom being excited to see the NBC peacock in color. Other than that, I don't remember my folks watching a lot of TV. Back in those days we had both a morning paper......which had all the final sports scores and overnight news in it....and an evening paper....which had all the closing stock information and days news in it. I remember my dad spending the evening reading the paper.

But back then, there were only 4 channels, NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS.

My mom was always all about the "Young and the Restless" and "Days of Our Lives" back in the day.

Nowadays it's reruns of "Everybody Loves Raymond" (in reruns).
