You're welcome! I'm looking for more recipes for vegetarian dishes too. We are eating less red meat and lean more towards chicken and turkey. We do have meatless nights always good to mix it up with plenty of veggie dishes.

Have you tried any of the recipes? How did they turn out? I love cooking and trying out new recipes.

Well, you know how it is with the internet. I actually started on another site and took some twists and turns and found some other interesting sites. I did make a terrific, Honey Dijon Chicken, from my internet travels. The whole family loved it. No leftovers. You know you have a hit when that happens.

I love cooking blogs. Some of my favorites are:

Annie's Eats

Pioneer Woman

Pink Parsley

The Curvy Carrot

Smitten Kitchen

Another blog I just stumbled upon recently is Clover Lane. I love it! It's about parenting, cleaning/organizing, slowing down and enjoying your children. Reading her blog makes me want to have another baby, LOL!

A few Bachelor blogs I read are Some Guy in Austin and I Hate Green Beans.

Ok, it sounds like I need a bit of a life, doesn't it? Maybe I'll start a blog about that.

Thank you! I've been needing a few new style blogs as several of mine have gone dark. My favorites are Already Pretty, Not Dressed As Lamb & Street Peeper. I also love the DisneyBound outfits on Pinterest (I think they come from Tumblr).

You're not kidding. I drool over so many of the recipes! When I see the list is yea long, or has exotic things to chase down, or time intensive steps I move on. So at least that helps to narrow things down a bit. I need just a few good ingredients and easy peasy.

I follow very few blogs specifically. However I am horribly addicted to www.foodgawker.com and from there, when I see/click on a recipe that intrigues me, it links me to the blog it was posted on.

Specifically I follow the Pioneer Woman's blog, Diana Gabaldon's blog, and Three at Once - a blog by a Disboards member who used to (maybe still does) post a lot on the photography boards, about their family of triplets - they are SO cute!!

I like skinnytaste.com for recipes, but (as a cake decorator) the best blog ever is cakewrecks.com. That one has me in tears of laughter every time I read it.

I like skinnytaste too. Love the cakewreck site! I haven't been there in a long time. Thanks for mentioning it. I need to check it out again!
