Feeling pretty good right now.

I've given up most outdoor and fast food except for the occasional pizza and now some of my clothes are starting to actually fall off me. I know two months ago I was down 14 lbs but my clothes hadn't gotten that loose yet. It's nice that a diet change that hasn't been much work has actually paid off.

Keep up the great work...I know it's hard but so worth it.

I have lost 60 pounds and been at my dream weight for 2 years. I used to be so focused on the scale, but the way you feel and the things I can do now are far more important that the number on the scale!

Way to go! Congrats.

(But I have to ask: what is "outdoor food"?)
