Port Adventures booking question

Tomorrow I will be able to book port adventures for our upcoming February cruise. We are cruising with first time cruisers and want to do the same adventures. Our reservations are linked, with adjoining staterooms, but I don't think I can access their information. Can I book their adventures for them? Can I book them at the same time as I book ours, even though they are not Castaway Club members?

If your reservations are linked, when you do your bookings, you will see their names - but they will be greyed out (you will be unable to select them). Once their window for booking excursions opens (75 days out), you will be able to select them as part of your reservation (as long as there is still availability).

Its probably to late to be added to their room - that way you would have someone in each room that is of a certain Castaway Club level - so you could book both rooms "stuff" at the same time.
