Aulani Helicopter Excursion suggestions
We are heading to Aulani this weekend and want to take in the sites with a helicopter tour. Does anyone have any recommendations on reputable and safe tour operators? We will be taking our three children as well (ages 11, 9 and 5). Thanks!

I have not taken a helicopter tour on Oahu before but HAVE done them a couple of times on the Big Island. I don't remember who we used the first time but we used Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tours the last time for a 2 hour tour of the island and I would use them again if I were planning another one. They do tours on all of the islands and are well rated...

Thanks I will look into Blue Hawaiin. I know there are some tours that offer doorless touring to provide better viewing ... any experience with that?

From a pilot...
I have flown the Islands a few times and its hard to beat BlueHawaiian... They are not the cheapest but they are the best... As far as flying with the door off, if you are on the starboard side you will be completly miserable due to the air flow from the main rotor... The only time I have had a better time is when I rent a plane and do it myself...
