2012 Planning book vs 2013
I purchased Birnbaum 2012 Disney book last year when we started planning our trip. We then decided to change the trip to May of this year. Is there much difference in the two books? Just trying to decide if I need to buy the 2013 edition.

2013 has had a few changes this year, inlcuding New Fantasyland, New Test Track, Splitsville at DTD, etc.
You can always gather that information from here of course, so I don't think it will be that different - but those would be updated for sure in the new addition. I'm not sure you would need the new book just for those as long as you new about those changes.

I always go to the library and check out the most recent guidebooks for each trip. A travel book is typically outdated the minute it's published anyway, so you might as well go for the least outdated you can get. And the library is a great way to get the info.
