Today I did my painful task of trimming yucca plants (they are very sharp and will cut a stab you pretty good even with gloves) , now in case you didn't know these are a form of palm , most that you see look like a bush of plam leaf spears, but if you trim all the dead and ones that are not standing up, over a few years it starts to look like a palm tree, out of 4 original plants, I now have 20 stalks, from 2ft to almost 6 ft tall

It is a big hit for everyone that comes to my house, they say that I'm in Fl way too much, and that I dug up baby palm trees up and brought them home, They can think what they want, all I know is when I need a shot of Fl all I have to do is pull up a chair and I'm there (well it least it looks like it anyway)

Hey Brett we'll be there at the same time. We're planning to do EPCOT on Wednesday too.

Neither of those things seem to be out of order so I told her I would take it under consideration. She mentioned maybe a beach trip. What can anyone tell me about Myrtle Beach in June? I've never been but might look into it. Of course I would bring my clubs along if we decide to go there. Any resorts you could recommend? With DW being pregnant she doesn't want to go in the ocean so it would have to be someplace with a good pool. I'm not sure about this but should probably keep an open mind. Should I consider someplace else on the coast?
Justin - we've vacationed in Myrtle Beach in June the past 5 years. It's extremely busy there then - and the weather is pretty hot and humid.

But there is plenty to do - especially if you're a golfer.

We usually stay at my parents timeshare. It's the Marriott Ocean Watch - and it has a great location and nice pools. I'm pretty sure you can rent there as well. There is also a hotel next to it.

It's a nice vacation - but I'd take a WDW trip over it any day!

That was a HUGE explosion! I saw the one video where the dad was filming it as it happened... then the daughter yelling at her dad that she couldn't hear and they needed to get out of there. Crazy. Houses completely destroyed within 4 blocks. Many prayers for that area and for Boston as they continue to recover from these horrible events.
