Disney Resorts: AKL Do they use feather pillows or bedding - The DIS Discussion Forums

We've been at the Swan and Dolphin the last several trips, and they do use feather pillows, and down comforters.
The housekeeping is always helpful, and puts clean linens which haven't touched the feather pillows, & feather bedding. Sometimes we wait longer for a room, but its worth it.

Does AKL (disney resorts) use feather pillows and such?

I've got some upper respiroty issues which get affected by the stuff, which affects my breathing.

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but didn't want to duplicate. Does anyone know if currently (2013) AKL (not villas) uses down comforters or pillows? We have allergies and asthma but not enough to feel we should request VIP cleaning. As long as the room is feather-free we should be OK!

I can't comment on AKL specifically but we have recently stayed at YC, WL, and CR and none of those resorts have used real down. I am allergic to it as well so it is something I always ask and check for.
