I am not sure whether this is the appropriate place for my question, but getting an answer from someone would make a little girl living in Oman very happy.

I "met" her mother on a travel web site and mentioned how happy my husband was to get a main gate pass to Disney World after Disney hired me. Since then I have looked for an Alice In Wonderland doll at Disney World. I am finding all of the "Disney princesses" but no Alice. I also looked at Toys R Us by Florida Mall and saw a bunch of Disney character dolls, but no Alice.

Fatima knows about me and calls me her American Disney auntie, even though she understands that I am not related to her family because her mother put her on the telephone with me once. I know that Fatima has a birthday coming up and how much she loves Alice In Wonderland. Where might I get an Alice doll?

Thank you. I did find a doll that I was planning to get for Fatima, but I like yours better. Madame Alexander Dolls has some lovely Alice dolls, which I found online today. However, Madame Alexander is kind of pricey for me while I am on an unpaid leave of absence.

Fatima and her family may be visiting New York this summer. I have been planting the idea I could introduce Fatima to my "friend" Alice, if the family wanted to take a little detour farther south before they returned to Oman. How often does someone who is one of seven children get to feel special?
