I'm no good at techno speak, so correct me if I'm wrong.

What I find interesting about that blog post is that Disney is taking the concept of a touring plan and providing it to everyone. And they will be able to predict the crowds better than ever.
It is definitely leveling the playing field. IF they can get the technology to work.
