15 years at my last job. Was trying to make it to retirement at that one, but just couldn't do it. Same situation as a previous poster: so many layoffs/offshoring of jobs since I first started at it.

8 years in the same position.
15 years in the same job, but different capacities.

Im in year 29 at my job---it will all be over REAL soon!!! I could never switch jobs etc, once I started working here and get a pension here etc there was no way I was going to throw away a pension! Even if it was the worst job ever I still would have just sucked it up waiting for that pension at 50
