Probably a minor point but the line that says
"December 27, 2014
00T 2A2K [4,1] 20019 w/o fees 7875/7875/2824/1445 no ins/trns"

That is with the fees, so you can take the "w/o fees" portion out if you want.

Your original post only has the fare breakdown so I added them up. Most breakdowns have the fees/taxes listed seperately, not included in the pp fare. Did you divide them up already?
