Southern Caribbean itinerary nearly sold out? -(edit- Not yet!)

It appears from DCL's website that the 4 Southern Caribbean cruises are nearly sold out. Or maybe it's just my work computer (with only IE6!) But I tried to book a date and this was all that showed...

9/20/2014 - Only shows inside staterooms
9/27/2014 - Only shows Cat 9 staterooms
10/4/2014 - Only shows inside staterooms
10/11/2014 - Only shows inside staterooms

Man, am I glad I booked mine yesterday! I also hope this spurs DCL to consider further Southern itineraries for 2015 and beyond.

Didn't check October, but both the SEP cruises are showing availability for almost every category as of a few seconds ago.

IE6? *shudder*. I do computer security for a living and that scares the crap out of me.

It would depend on how many people you are looking at booking. For 2 adults I see full availibility on all 4 cruises.

Negative. You're probably looking at island highs in the upper 80s with lows in the high 70s either month.

Hurricane season will be in full swing, so YMMV.

I wish. If they had I definitely would have booked it.

I won't do a DCL cruise without the kids (they would never let me forget it if I did!) and I can't pull them out of school.

They won't if they keep returning to the Med & Alaska. Those cruises are cash cows to them.

They should add another ship and do NYC to Bermuda & southern caribbeans like the Norwegian Breakaway

Sept and Oct?

I don't want to do the Southern Carib in September or October. Too afraid of hurricanes. But I do wish they'd do it in the summer.
