Opening Day Pricing

I am only a silver member, so I have to wait until tomorrow to book. Does anyone know if you have to book first thing in the morning to get the best pricing, or is it that whole day that the pricing is good and it can go up the next day? I'm not as concerned with which room I get. Thanks.

Anything can happen with pricing...all depends on how popular a specific cruise is and how fast it is selling..that determines the rise in price. DCL has tier pricing...when a certain amount of cabins are sold in a category the price goes up but none of us know what that tier is so it can matter how early you book.

You can keep track of prices at the top of the forum in the sticky threads with the green arrows next to them. They will be updated throughout the day.

Depending on how popular the sailing you are interested in that will dictate how rapidly (or not) the pricing will rise. I would book first thing if at all possible.

HTHs!

Pricing for some cruises has already increased.

Actually, DCL does go to some glaciers. Just not Glacier Bay (which would be a deal breaker for us if we were planing a once-in-a-lifetime Alaskan cruise.) Tracy's Arm has a huge glacier, and the trip through the fjord to get there is breathtaking.
