Here now 2/10/13

Busy and cold.
The morning was perfect and a walk on for the rides.
But after 12 the lines just keep getting longer and longer. 70min for star tours
85 for space
60 min for Indiana jones
150 RSR fast passes where gone by about 10am.

It's been cold. Pants and a jacket. It rained off and on this am.
Even with the crowds it's great.

Feel free to ask any questions.

I have been here many times. We where here many many times (never spring break or major holiday) but I have never seen any ride besides RSR over 60 min. Goofy was at 45 Soaring at 45mim jungle 30min
Aerial 15

It's been a good time. We know what rides we like so we do them first thing in the morning.
All the fast pass rides have the signs about enforcing the times.

They are still doing the pictures and scanning the pictures for park tickets. Have seen many CMs training new CM.
saw Alice break down. They had matinees at 3 locations on the ride for the top outside of the ride for the cars that where stopped there.

This was my thought, as well. It IS Sunday, and I think APs aren't blocked on Sundays (someone correct me if this isn't right?), so some people find the parks busier on Sundays than on Saturdays.

Because we have so many days here, we decided to stay away for the weekend, but went in to have dinner at Cafe Orleans last night and it was so busy! We didn't go in at all today, but are going to head in at about 8:30 just onto main street to catch the fireworks because they are not on during the week. Glad WOC will be back all this week too! Last week from tuesday through friday, but especially tues and wed the parks were sooooo empty it was awesome!! I was suprised the day it rained so hard and hailed!!! that there were so many people in the park, was that friday? lol... I love vacations and losing track of what day it is! Sure glad we are staying through next weekend so we can catch the coming sunny and hot weather that is on the way!

It is also a 3 or 4 day weekend for some... Lincoln's Birthday moved to where it is convenient and observed when it makes a 3 day weekend....my girls are off school, my dad has Tuesday off (works for a city entity) and many are taking Monday off where he is at...

It's a holiday weekend here in BC (and maybe other parts of Canada too.) tomorrow is "Family Day" so maybe that's why it's busy.

I was there this afternoon too and, like I posted in another thread, I think a main cause of the long lines today is that 2 of the main mountains, 2 high capacity attractions, and the teacups were all closed today. That means people who would have been on those rides have been redistributed throughout the park, and lines for rides (especially the major attractions) grew.

Yes that's true. We got to the parks at 8. Went on all the rides we wanted to went to dca about 12 went on a few rides. Went to a late lunch came back to Disneyland and the rides were all so long we ended up coming back to the hotel to rest and go in the hot tub. (Yes it's 50 out side and my girls are wanting to go in the pool )

Wish it would rain again that seems to thin out the crowds.
I tell ya there is nothing like Disneyland in the morning. I love it

It was crazy crowded. Like summer crowded. They were even loading trams on both sides to get into the park. I haven't seen that since summer!!

You mean both sides of the plaza at Mickey & Friends? They've been loading from both sides every time I've been there lately (12/8, 1/3-1/6, 1/26) even when it wasn't that busy (1/26)....
