Booking Onboard
Could anyone help me please.
I've read that if you book onboard you can give the name of your TA and DCL will automatically transfer the booking to them. I believe that way you get the full OBC from the TA (in addition to the OBC from DCL), whereas if you transfer later it will be a reduced OBC. But do you have to give the name of a specific person or is just the name of the agency okay? If I book onboard I'd like to then transfer the booking to DUL but I don't have a particular TA to name. And do I need to contact DUL beforehand if I'm thinking of booking onboard and then transferring to them? |

You can just specify the name of the agency. No need to contact the agency before hand. However, if you've never done business with the agency you'll probably have to contact them afterward to give them your contact info, etc. so they know who you are.

I have booked with DUL before but not for a couple of years. Also it was a different TA each time, and I believe the last one has left the company. |
