It's usually Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter, sometimes Bert shows up too. Tigger and Winnie the Pooh have been know to show up as well... I know it is characters from the UK.

This is a good buffet as well (nice food choices and good quality overall), I think it is one of the best character/buffet breakfasts in WDW.

I have a review with photos from a little ways back if you'd like to check it out:

Awesome! I have not eaten there for breakfast since my DD18 was 5. LOL Those characters sound like fun and if the food is good, then that's a done deal. Do they take your picture before you go in? With any character? I think the queen of hearts used to be in the foyer of the restaurant to take pics. That was a loooooong time ago. LOL

I was there Tuesday 5th Feb and we had Pooh, Tigger, Alice, Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins. Food was good and although had to wait a while for Mary to come round to us (she had gone on break JUST before our turn) it was worth the wait. She was our last character meet before home and she stayed a while with us and chatted. it was fun. The Hatter was very good too.

I ate there about three weeks ago and can confirm it was Mary, Alice, the Hatter, Pooh and Tigger. The Hatter and Alice were both a lot of fun!

The food was great! A very nice selection- don't forget to try the strawberry soup if you go!

We seen Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger, Alice and the Mad Hatter. We enjoyed our meals there each time!

Same five characters for us. The Mad Hatter was, shall we say, "uninhibited". You could hear him all over the place, and he would just be generally wacky. The kids at the next table absolutely loved how he called out to dad to get back from the buffet (on the far end of the room) so they could get a photo. They spent the rest of the meal just watching him.

One curiosity about this meal was that the pre-seating photo was taken with a pretty background, but with no character. Is that the normal way, or was someone just missing that day? (I recall in years past, Mary was out front instead of visiting tables.)

I have seen piglet in the past like in 2002 but that was a rare occasion possibly.
