PP vs PP+ - The DIS Discussion Forums

Okay, I'm a little confused. What exactly is the difference between the regular and the plus passes? I paid for the PP+, but talking to friends who have been, it seems like have what I understood the PP+ to be, but they didn't know that's what they got. They went to the park an took the pics, came home and uploaded those pics online and then they paid for the cd and had it mailed to them. Is that the norm for photo pass or is that photo pass+?

PP+ you get a voucher to exchange for the card which is in a lanyard. You show this at every participating ride location (Splash Mountain, Expedition Everest, Buzz Lightyear, etc.) and you get the ride picture(s) for free - just remember the number at the bottom corner of the picture and tell the CM at the desk.

There are also many participating dining locations where you get the character meal picture for free (Chef Mickey, Akershus, 'Ohana, etc.).

With regular PP, you get a card in the park, scan it at each photographer throughout the parks and get your picture and that's that. PP+ adds this feature, but with the additional rides and restaurant pics.

That is how both photopass AND photopass plus work. The difference is with photopass plus you get select ride and dining photo packages included at no extra cost.

Both photopass and photopass plus have preorder discounts also.
