WDYT of my plan for New Fantasyland?
We originally weren't planning on going to a park on feb 10th (we arrive late on the 9th). But i'm thinking we would hit the new fantasyland. We haven't been yet and we are so used to our normal touring that i'm not quite sure how to fit in NFL. WDYT?
Get to park by RD FP Enchanted Tales with Belle Ride Journey of the Little Mermaid Ride Barnstormer Ride Dumbo Return to Enchanted Tales with Belle Possibly eat lunch at BOG Let kids play at Casey Jr Splash n Soak Station If the kids are ready to go back we hop on WDW railroad back to Main St. USA. If we stay, what would you suggest? My kids have no interest in waiting for Ariel.

ETwB doesn't have FP.
Instead, head straight to it and do SB right at RD. Maybe pick up a LM or PP FP on the way over. |

No FP at ETWB, head straight there at RD. To give you an idea, we were in line three minutes after the park opened and we waited about 15 minutes to get into the cottage. And the whole thing was about 40 minutes start to finish.
Note that the LM FP machines are currently over by Philharmagic. Also, when we were there last week, it was a high in the low 60s and they only had one fountain in Casey's splasg area running, everything else was off. Basically, I'd do ETWB Ride LM Meet Ariel Ride Dumbo Ride Barnstormer Get in line for BOG (the line will look worse than it actually is. We got in line at the opposite end of the bridge and it took 35 minutes to get through the line, order and get our food). Have fun!

Standby (i.e. waiting in line the old-fashioned way, w/o FP).
I meant to say to head straight to ETwB and do it SB right at RD. |

Persons whose judgment I respect have said not to stop for a Fast Pass for anything on the way to Belle, and that the wait for Little Mermaid in the standby line shouldn't be long if doing it right after Belle.

I've heard this advice too. But the FPs for PP, LM, and Pooh are almost "literally" right on the way to ETwB. I wouldn't go over to one of the mountains for a FP, but it might be worth it to stop for a PP or Pooh FP on your way over. Have the fastest member of your party jog over to get the FPs while everyone else heads straight to Belle and it won't slow you down a bit.

Agree treat, treat ETwB like Toy Story Mania...book it over there! LM is very fast loading and has a wonderful queue so don't worry.
Now if something happens that you don't get to ETwB like a four year old declares he has to pee on the way...don't waste your time in a line with more than a 20 minute wait...come back at end of day and go on and get FP to PP and then continue with your plan as originally listed. IMO. |

Yes...straight through castle...enter park on left side so you can breeze through faster, as well.
