The exact same thing happens to me. The parades, shows, everything gets me emotional and brings tears to my eyes. Even the "welcome" show at MK every morning. I don't get how people don't feel it? I have experienced it so many times and it still gets me...every time.

The only such emotional moment I've ever had in 15 WDW trips was viewing 'One Man's Dream', the Walt Disney bio pic. Seeing all he did against long odds, in his own voice, gave me the idea that there are a precious few people on Earth who simply should not be allowed to die, and he's on that list. I didn't exactly blubber, but there were a few minutes of hard swallowing involved.

I tear up at the beginning of any Disney movie,as soon as the castle comes on the screen.
In the parks,I can't sit through Ariel in dhs, nor beauty and the beast show.

I am a grown man in his 40's and I am happy to admit that I can get a tear when I watch the Surprise Videos and the first time videos. It makes me happy and excited for them and brings back great memories for me and my family. It has been really odd this year for me and my son. We are putting off our normal June trip until next June because of a divorce. But on the upside we might try on-site for first time next year.

Think I might watch some videos tonight.....

PS...the soldier surprise videos do it too.....lol.

Well, let's see...

- The beginning of Wishes always does it.
- Seeing the CMs waving their Mickey glove at the Magical Express in the airport.
- And now, that post-Superbowl "I'm going to Disney World" commercial with Joe Flacco. (And I'd probably still tear up even if I weren't from Baltimore)

I got goosebumps as soon as I read that! Wishes kills me every time!

I think for me it's more about associating those memories with my children. I am just overcome with emotion about how happy and joyful they are. It's pure bliss.

The latest one that gets me is the new Disney Parks commercial with the dad and his 14 year old daughter, where they talk about how there are still some things that she 'wants' to do with you.

As a father of a soon to be 9 year old, who sees his own little girl growing and thriving each and every day, that commercial never fails to start the waterworks.

It's now become a ritual in my house that whenever it comes on tv, my daughter comes over to me, throws her arms around my neck, tells me not to cry, and promises that she'll always be my little princess no matter how big she gets.

Any time I hear "You'll be in my Heart" from Tarzan. Nothing connects me to my now full grown son like that song

Oh, this one just kills me. "I will be here, don't you cry.." Waaaahhhhh.

There's a video that I've kept on my phone since my son's (then age 5) first visit in 2007. We are at the CP breakfast, and it's the first time he sees Piglet and Tigger. It makes me cry every time! To watch the excitement and joy on his face (Great, I'm tearing up just writing this) when he sees them makes me so happy. Priceless!

I've always regretted not getting his look of complete awe the first time he saw the castle. I'm sure watching that again would make me cry, too!

This is pretty close for me as well. I have two kids and sometimes they ask to watch Wishes on youtube.. they don't tear up but I do.
