We are thinking of a vacation Feb 24 through March 2, and wondering about crowds. We normally travel the first week of May, and used to pretty low crowds. Thanks!

We went year before last at this exact week and it was by far the best weather we have had..well except for maybe late October. The crowds were great as the last week in Feb and the first week in March is usually before any spring breakers...

Easy WDW has favorable recommendations for that week... as do a couple of the paid sites.

I personally think that week is a good idea! We're booked in that week and all the crowd calendars look pretty decent, showing low crowds, and it looks like the weather will be great too!

We are also going to be down there that week! I chose that week based on crowd predictions and weather. Looks good, at least according to touringplans. We normally go down the second week of November, but switched it up this year. Have fun!!

That's when we're set to go as well (I am assuming you mean this year?). Crowds look moderate and manageable and the weather should be decent. It's hard to say what the weather will be like this time of year though and I won't be able to finalize packing until we are closer. This is the week my husband gets for vacation this time of year so we're lucky that it fell in the less busy part of the month.

Thanks for all of the info! Can't wait to find out how the weather is going to be for that week. We are flying for the first time and i would like to start packing asap. I wonder if we could get by with just a carry-on each?

But I'll have some advantage, because I'll start on President's week, fighting the crowds!

Plus Feb 24th is my birthday, so it will be the start of a wonderful week!

I will be there that week as well lol. Dont worry, every time someone asks about a specific week, a million disers are going too!

I'm looking forward to the weather, September was rain the whole week.

weve been that week before..the weather is lovely..hot in the 80s, the pools are nice to swim in, the only thing is if you are swimming at night, have a BIG towel for when you get out!!! it can be chilly getting out the water. Crowds were low and not busy at all. You will love it.

This is the time I'm going this year. I usually go in early Feb., so I'm hoping for a more consistent chance of warm weather. I think the crowds will be a little higher, but I'm also hoping for less tour groups

Another who will be there for that week. At least part of it. We arrive in the middle of that week and stay on through the next one. I sure hope it's decent, weather and crowds. We are tied to that time because that's when DGD has her birthday. I really wanted to celebrate her 5th birthday down there. One last huge hurrah before she's trapped in a classroom for the next 13+ years! for her birthday.
