Wierd ? about last years food / wine festival - The DIS Discussion Forums

OK so we went last year and tried just about one item from every country. When we got the beef thingy from South Africa I really wasn't expecting to like it but..WOW!!!! IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! I really want to try and make it at home but I don't even know what it was called and I am trying to remember what kind of spices were in it... I figured maybe one of my DIS buddies might know....TIA..Julie
