Using ADR for just dessert???

I have an 8 p.m. ADR for Be Our Guest in March. Will it be acceptable for us to just order dessert? That's the plan.

Here is a link to a report from a few years ago where two members did dessert-only.

I'm assuming you're going just to see the new place and I guess for the atmosphere at night, but you do know that the only thing they have for dessert is cupcakes and cream puffs, right?
