Snack ideas for my daughter's MDO?

I'm in charge of snacks for my daughter's MDO class next week. In her class of 12, everyone is 2 years old and all girls. In the past, I did waffle bowls with the bottom coated in chocolate and then filled with various berries, cheese-filled homemade pretzels, peanut butter and strawberry pinwheels, ham and cheese crescents, and just cut up fruit. I have been thinking about maybe doing pretzel sticks dipped in chocolate and then sprinkled with pink and red sprinkles, wafers with a thin layer of dip (marshmallow fluff and strawberry cream cheese mixed) and then strawberries and bananas, or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches cut into hearts. Any other ideas, though? None of these have really grabbed me.

I'm not doing a MDO but I am making some different snacks for my class next week. I'm making some sour cream sugar heart shaped cookies with icing.

I made some bags with labels that say "thank you for still swimming with me" and I'm putting in goldfish crackers.

From Pinterest I found making teeny tiny pie crust bites. You take a roll out pie crust and cut out teeny circles and put a hershey kiss or whatever teeny bit of filling you'd like. Bake like normal. I put mine in my mini muffin pan. Next weeks will have some with strawberry jam and some with nutella.

We are doing salads to balance out the sweets so no heart shaped sandwhiches. I did see someone use the heart cookie cutter for pancakes. You could do that with some fruit on the side.
