Help...Trying to decide on hotel

We are traveling with another family of three, so there is six of us total. Right now we have reservations for: two separate rooms at the Tropicana, and a C1 suite at Desert Inn, and now I am looking at Del Sol.

They are all within $20 of each other, so price isn't the issue. We have stayed at Desert Inn before (2011), but not at the other two.

My mistake was gong to Trip Advisor Tropicana is listed at 39th, Desert Inn is 28th, and Del Sol is 20th. There are reviews for all three that are great and scary.

Which would you choose???

Two seperate rooms ! You do t want to share even a suite with another family if you want to preserve your sanity!

That said I'd decide what is important to you ? Luxury? Proximity? Pool ? Breakfast? And go from there. I don't think you can go horribly wrong with any of them.

How much of your down time do you want to spend together? The suite would give you the opportunity to just open the door and hang out together without all having to be in the same room. If you had separate rooms you would have to all smoosh into one room to hang out together. But if you want a little more privacy in your down time, then I would go with the separate rooms. I think either hotel choice would be fine.

I also vote for separate rooms. You will definately need some private family time/space from the others. It heelps to keep your sanity.

Thanks everyone! Whether we have separate rooms or the suite, we can close a door to be alone if needed. Although, we aren't at all worried about that part of it.

I need help deciding which hotel??? If you have stayed at any of the three, can you give me some feedback?
