Disney restaurant reservation confirmation query?

Hi, I recently phoned the French disney reservation phone line and made 3 buffet reservations for our upcoming trip. The lady on the phone was really helpful but she didn’t give me a confirmation number for any of the bookings?

Is this normal in your experience or have you always been given a confirmation number to quote in case of problems? She took my email address and it's been a couple of days but I haven’t received an email confirmation of the bookings either - is this your experience also?

She did say something about how our Disney hotel would have a confirmation of all the bookings and we can ask for that when we check in. Am I just being a bit paranoid about trusting this system when I don’t have anything in writing to prove I had the phone call conversation with her? that has been the way it worked for all of my trips. i just keep note of the booking times myself and when you turn up at the restaurant you just give your surname and they will have your booking

yes, I've never had any kind of confirmation number or emails, confirming my restaurant table reservations for DLP.

If you want to, you can get a printout of all your restaurant bookings when you are at DLP if you go into City Hall. But I do as mommy2ash does, just keep a note of them myself once I've booked them, and give my surname to the greeter at the restaurants.
