We are about to go on our 2nd cruise and I've learned so much from these boards. I want to do an OBB so we can get the discount on our next cruise and I want to name a TA so we get the OBC from them. Because we don't have a TA can I just name a company and they assign an agent to us? Or do I have to name an agent specifically?

You can just name the company. They will assign you a TA from their ranks.
