Pork Shank Recipe from Gaston's? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Does anyone know of the recipe for the pork shank? That thing was awesome and I need to have some.

All I gathered from google was salt, pepper and slow roast for 3 hours, anyone have anything more precise such as temperature and or anything else.

This sounds like a crock pot recipe. I would try high for 3 hours. Lower temp you would need more time. I don't think there are any other spices in it as it is pretty plain. In a really good way IMO. I like plain!
