Thoughts on my dining choices?

My family of 4 is taking a trip to the World in May and I'm about to make our dining reservations. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what I've picked!

All for dinner:
Kona Cafe
50's Prime Time Cafe
The Wave
Les Chefs de France
Tony's Town Square

I think you have made good choices. I am assuming you have read all the menus and the food appeals to you. That is what is important!

Enjoy!

The only one I can speak on is Kona and it's one of our family favorites. We make sure we hit it on every trip and we're looking forward to it in September!

Kona Cafe - LOVE it - have eaten many meals here and have enjoyed them all.
50's Prime Time Cafe - We enjoy the comfort food and the fun.
The Wave - never been.
Les Chefs de France - Had lunch once to meet Remy - was underwhelmed by the food and the atmosphere - did love seeing the Rat!
Tony's Town Square - One of the very few places we have been that we will never try again - bad service and the food was terrible.

I personally would swap Tonys for Liberty Tree Tavern based on reviews I've heard (I tried it so long ago I barely remember my own experience- just always hear people ranting about it) but otherwise looks good!

50's & Chefs are wonderful!!!! Haven't done Kona in about 5 years, but it was great back then, & have never tried the others.

We weren't really impressed with The Wave(service was lousy& food was cold). We loved Chefs de France. We ate lunch there & met Remi from Ratatouie. We have only eaten at the Kona Cafe for breakfast. Last year, it wasn't as good as the two years before. Quality & portions have changed along with the service.Personally wouldn't return. We haven't been to the other restaurants that you mentioned. I hope you enjoy yourself.Hopefully, our poor experiences have improved with more attentive staff members. Review the menus. I love the allears link to the menus. http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm#res Best wishes

We've only been to two restaurants on your list.

50's Prime Time - loved the atmosphere and food; very good choice

Tony's Town Square - wouldn't do this again for reasons mentioned above; the food is subpar (my opinion), the wait was long (even with a ressie), and the service poor.

We have been to Kona a number of times for lunch and dinner. In my opinion it's a best kept secret. They don't tend to book up because people go to Ohana instead. Bt Kona has great food and great service.

Have been to 50's once and enjoyed it. Not the best food but definitely decent. HS has less impressive food choices IMHO. It's worth going to for the experience for sure!

We did not like the wave. Food was just meh. And I won't even go into the issues we had with service. Had the worst server EVER there and I would be surprised if she is still there after that night. Not that we complained but things happened at a nearby table that were just plain awful.

Went to Chefs De France for lunch and LOVED it!

Kona; only eaten breakfast there, but Ive heard amazing things!!
Chefs; amazing food, really delicious, heavy on the cheese, but hey, thats all good, service was great!
50's PT; had a teensey service issue, but otherwise the service & interaction was great!! The food was just like Mom cooked it! My Mom was raised in the 50's and said the themeing was PERFECT, just like her old kitchen!!
Tony's: we waited in the lobby (with no seats) for far too long, drinks took forever, food was not good, but our server was amazing!! Really likes the lady & the tramp theme, but that was really about it haha.

Wow - I have similar thoughts regarding Tony's Town Square. I have only eaten there once and I am not sure that I will return. I'm not a huge fan of any of the restaurants in the Magic Kingdom. I would prefer to eat at one of the Resorts on the Monorail (like 'Ohanas)
