waves on Castaway Cay?
Are there any waves on Castaway Cay or is it all calm water? Thanks

They were very calm on our day there on Jan 21, 2013. There is are large reefs to break any waves.
The water was a bit chilli at first, but once you get in it is very nice, especially later in the day. |

I see you are from NJ, or will assume by your screen name. Anyway if so it is not like the ocean here. Very calm and warm. My DS13 was bored since he is used to much bigger waves. But I loved just being able to lie there without being flipped out of my tube
If you have little ones, then it will be great.

The family beaches are well protected. Even when there are large waves on the open ocean.
