A couple of thoughts, even though you are traveling at a relatively slow time, WDW is always busy. Since you are arriving midday, I would still make an ADR for the first night. After a day of travel, it's nice to know you have a place to eat without an extended wait. Your kids are still at that age where standing around waiting on a table for an hour could create melt-down.

Secondly, days 4, 5, 6, 7 all have you at, or near MK. Are you really spending that many days in MK? May want to adjust that depending on where you are staying and which parks you will be at.

It's unclear if Day 4 is your first day at the MK. Looks like Day 1 is no park visited and Day 2 is at AK. Can't tell what Day 3 is. But...if Day 4 is your first day at the MK, your kids are not going to want to leave at 4:30 to head over to Cape May for dinner. You'll have to drag them out screaming on their first day.

How are you planning on getting to Animal Kingdom for your Tusker House reservation? We had 8:00 reservations and were told that the buses ran every 20 minutes starting at 6:45. We were at the bus stop at 6:40 and waited for a bus until 7:25. By the time we got to Animal Kingdom, there was a long line in front of it. People with later reservations were seated before us. Our plan was to be the first on the safari and that is the whole reason we booked Tusker House, but between a stressed out waitress, slow service, and a photo guy who was clearly new, we were not the first on the safari.

My recommendation is to have something planned to help you get to Tusker House on time besides just Disney transportation. If you are wanting to be done by the time Animal Kingdom opens, ask for your check the moment you sit down. If she doesn't bring it with drinks, ask again. Keep asking until you get it. I wish we had.
