Problem w/ Online Check-In and Disney Visa - The DIS Discussion Forums

I'm trying to do online check-in and using a Disney Visa but it keeps saying it's unable to verify my card.

I saw a thread from earlier in the month where people were having the same issue. I would have expected it to be fixed by now.

Anyone else have this issue??

So this means no online check-in if you want to use a Disney Visa?

Can you enter another card and then change it when you get there?

Sad how their own credit card doesn't work. Their IT dept needs an overhaul

Unbelievable that it's not working with the Disney Visa! And they've known about it since at least mid-January.

I don't know if/how/or if you even want to call them but their tech support line for online check in is 407 939 7765 option #2

I think they are having problems with credit cards period. The other day I called them to make a payment and my cc would not go through. I called the bank to see if the balance on my card was correct and it was. Called disney back and they still had it come up declined.

I had this exact problem earlier in the week. I called Disney, and I was told to go to mydisneyreservation.com instead of the usual Disney website. I did, and my card went through, and I was able to complete our online check-in. Good luck!

I also posted that I was having issues with online so I email Disney. Here is the response I got and I was able to process on line check in with my Disney Visa.

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort. We look forward
to your upcoming visit!

You can go to www.mydisneyreservation.com and process the online check
in from there. If you need further assistance you may call technical
support at 407-939-4357 and a technical support agent will be happy to
assist. You can also do the traditional check in when you arrive at the
resort.

Have a Magical Day!

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact
us.

I hope this helps. A a little hint...it looks like you select a link to begin online check in, but you really need to scroll down a little further and picked how you booked your reservation. Good luck
