Best Magic Kingdom dining location to end trip

Hi, all,
Heading to the world for a family trip. We currently have whispering canyon for lunch on our last day, but the menu is not that exciting for lunch. What would be the best dining spot for lunch in the MK area to end our trip? We don't want to do dinner because we don't want to lose any of our last night in the parks. Thanks!!

If you are going into the MK, then I would suggest Be Our Guest...but if you will be outside of the MK, then I'd pick Kona, so I could wander out to the beach and say goodbye to the MK one last time!

On our 2011 trip, our last meal in the parks was dinner at the Crystal Palace. It was a nice way to end the trip.

I would agree with Kona...solid food, great resort atmosphere and a little easier to get to than WCC (although I love me some never-ending milkshakes!). If you can time it as an early lunch, I'd try to get there right as breakfast is shutting down so I could still order from the breakfast menu (tonga toast, samoan, etc.).

We have a tradition that our last day in the parks is at MK. Our flight is usually a 7 or 8 PM flight. So we spend the day in MK, have lunch, ride some final rides, then head to the airport. We like to have our final lunch at The Plaza. Not because it's anything amazing but just because it's a nice atmosphere with good food and great ice cream desserts. To me it just sort of sums up the whole trip.

We are partial to Tony's Townsquare. I have heard some people bad mouth it but we like it. Atmosphere is nice, sometimes you can get a seat outside. The food is good and it is very disney with the Lady and the tramp theme.

We always end our trip with lunch at Casey's; nothing special, just tradition. If you are looking for a sit down meal, I would probably suggest Crystal Palace--lots of food to hold you over!

We always end our trips with Breakfast!

How about Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch, traditional food that will fill you up and a great dessert.

If you want to stay in the MK I recommend Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. The Colony Salad is excellent and the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is one of our favorite desserts.

We really like Tony's in the MK. I know it always gets mixed reviews, but we have never had a bad experience.

I would not want to end my trip by putting up with that line for lunch. I'd prefer a place that accepts ADRs so that I would have a hassel-free final day. Which brings us to...

I like the thought on Crystal Palace that you can eat a big lunch to hold you over.

We try to plan the last day without anything planned! That way we can go to any park and do something we missed or want to do again. So we'll book a nice bfast in our resort area- Kouzinna, Kona, GFC, O'hanna, etc...and wing it for lunch...We're usually in the car before dinner and will just grab something on the road.
