In AK, Flame Tree BBQ is a great value with tasty, shareable meals.
DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express

Best deals for my money...

DHS - Starring Rolls...the ham or turkey sandwich is HUGE and shareable. Pretty tasty, too.

MK - Cosmic Ray's - The rotisserie chicken at lunch is a pretty decent portion. At dinner time you can get a rib and chicken combo which is an even larger portion.

AK - Flame Tree....great ribs and chicken.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons has decent sized portions as far as their chicken and pork chop is concerned. And I think La Cantina offers some good choices with their tacos de carne or pollo...they come with tortilla chips and salsa...and you can always get a side of nachos as well.

Hands down.....anything at Sunshine Seasons. They have a great Ahi tuna salad and I love their grilled veggie sandwich!

I agree with all of these. Unfortunately Starring Rolls is a preferred due to the miserable dining options in DHS. While the ham and turkey are not bad I wish there was some better option than a pre-made, pre-wrapped sandwich; But that is just me. I would also add Tangierine Café to the list of restaurants in Epcot. The Shawarma Lamb or Chicken Platter is better than many TS options I have had and is also a great deal on the DDP.

Our favorites are Flame Tree at AK; Columbia Harbor House or Cosmic Rays in MK; the food area on Sunset in DHS and Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. Good variety and quality, and portions are generous.

Oops! Forget France & Norway for the bakeries and Earl of Sandwich at DTD.

Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD! Great food and there are waiters floating around bringing drinks, clearing plates (real ones too!). Our other fav. is Columbia Harbor House in MK.

Ditto on both. If you go to the WPE go to the one in the Marketplace, not the one in the West Side next to the Café. It has real food like meatloaf, salmon, roasted chicken and several pasta dishes. They also have salads, pizza and very big sandwiches. Not to mention adult beverages. We eat several times every trip

Here is another vote for Wolfgang Puck !! nice casual sit down. Food is amazing. portions are ridiculous big and can be easily split. When on the dinning plan this was our favorite quick service place to eat. Now Im craving their meatloaf....yummmmmm!

Wolfgang Puck Express is great and we eat a few times each trip, though I don't find it the best deal. Bang for your buck wise I would vote Earl of Sandwich.

In the parks my favourite for food quality and price is Sunshine Seasons.

ETA) And I don't know about quality or price yet but I am really looking forward to trying the new CS option in France!
