With the meal plan can a shake be counted as the drink?

Yes you can get a shake as your drink. Just did this last week. However, unlike soda, it does not include free refills.

In Feb, my husband and I could, but my GS was not allowed. He was offered only soda, milk, or apple juice. We just shared ours with him.
