There's also the fruit stand in MK in Fronteirland, that has pickles as well. We eat lots of bananas and apples.

you can get salads just about every restaurant. At our resort, CBR, there were lots of healthy snacks in the "a la cart" section, grapes, bananas, granola bars, yogurt etc.

There is a cart in Liberty Square - is it called the Market - where you can get a Jacket Potato and cheese(hope its still serving them) . I think is next to/near Colombia House

Wish there were more options than this one around - us Brits love our Jacket Potatoes - well I do anyway

Many TS locations also carry rice-milk ice creams or sorbet for dessert (which is essentially frozen fruit, water, and some sugar). They will often top it with fresh berries. Many of the vegetarian options will be lower in fat (e.g., you can get veg chili at Columbia Harbour House, Tortuga Tavern QS in MK has a bean and rice burrito and toppings bar we like, and so forth, and like a PP said you can always go for a veggie burger over beef). We are vegetarian and never gain weight at Disney, even though the food is cooked in more oils than we would use at home. I think the walking burns that little bit of extra calories.

Thanks all! Just returned from WDW. Definitely took advantage of a lot of the fresh fruit and salads available. Did have a Mickey soft pretzel or two, but hey - could be worse!

Wanted to post about one of my favorite finds - EDAMAME! Found this at the "Vegetarian Offerings" cart in AK. Not sure if it has a real name or not, but that is what the menu said. It was a pretty decent portion of salted edamame and it was THE. PERFECT. SNACK!!

We grab fruit and yogurt while we are in Disney, but we take raisins, Kashi granola/fruit bars and almonds to Disney with us.

Where was this cart? We'll be back at the end of the month and I would love to get edamame for a snack for my family.

Also remember, just because your meal comes with French fries, you don't have to have them. Most places will remove them and the cost.

Many snack places (and all of the resort food courts) have individual pieces of fruit that count as a snack. When I was there earlier this month, I had a strange craving for an apple (which I never eat), so I got one!

Many quick service places also have yogurt for the dessert selection.
