Enoying your TR! I love the pic of everyone looking out on to the water
I also love the smell of the H20 products. We stayed in a GV and must have gotten 50 bottles of the stuff... We are at the end of the of shampoo and lotion but I still have 5 or 6 bars of soap left! CL looks wonderful - I can't wait to see what the rest of your trip brings! |

Yay, I can see all your pictures now!
The room is gorgeous, and the view is even better!!!! Now THAT is how you vacation in Disney World! The Christmas tree is so cute! Love the ornaments they used. If you don't mind me asking, is it like "renting" a Christmas tree or is it yours to keep? If so, how did you get it all home or did you leave it at the resort? Just curious in case we take a Christmas trip in the near future!

That room was to die for!! I have more pictures I took throughout the trip that I will post as the appropriate days posts are done. The Christmas tree was purchased, so its ours to keep. It was a 3ft tall tree, she included an extension cord and then decorated it however you wished. She gave you an estimate based on what you wanted, then went out and purchased everything at DTD (or wherever she could find the items) and then she sent an invoice and a picture of the Christmas tree for your approval. Then I did the payment by Paypal. If you dont like it, she can return any items that are non personalized. As far as getting the tree home, I took all the decorations off the tree and just put those in a carry on to bring home. We left the undecorated tree in our room -- mainly because we had no way to bring it home and we didnt want to mess with shipping it. The tree was all in 1 piece, so there was no way to break it down to fit in our largest suitcase. We cant wait to take another Christmas at WDW trip. |

Day 1, Part 5 MVMCP
Day 1, Part 5 MVMCP
After relaxing in the room for a little bit, and enjoying that beautiful view a little longer, we got everyone freshened up and were on our way to MK for MVMCP -- but just about the time we were heading out, our luggage was delivered by the Bell Man. So, about 530pm we headed down to the bus stop. I took this picture while we were walking down to the bus stop. ![]() And these while waiting... ![]() ![]() Just a few minutes of waiting and our MK bus arrived. BW was the 1st pick up, so the bus was empty We stopped at the Swan & Dolphin, then were on our way. Within a few minutes we were arriving at MK.We took this picture upon arriving ![]() We got our wristbands and headed into MK. Our first stop was picking up "ears" for the boys. The boys decided fairly quickly and Jaxon picked Mickey ears, while Evan picked Goofy ears. The most beautiful site known to man awaited us when we stepped back on Main Street...Cinderella's castle ![]() ![]() If you have never seen the Cinderella's castle during the holidays, let me say...it...is...GORGEOUS!! I mean, simply breathtaking! We admired the castle for a few minutes. Our first stop was Space Mountain. Hunter was dying to ride this since it was broke down the last time we were at MK. We stopped to get this pic before heading to SM. ![]() By now it was almost 7pm and Hunter, Harper & I headed to the standby line...wait time, 10 min -- most of which was walking up to the ride. Before we know it, we are zipping through space. I love SM!! So much fun! Hunter & Harper loved the ride too and couldnt wait to ride it later with Bo. While we were riding, they had started activities for the kids in Tomorrowland. Bo took some pics of the boys - one playing the activity, the other, sporting their new "ears". ![]() ![]() We then wanted to head to a ride for the little boys to enjoy, so we stopped and had a Mad Tea Party -- twice! The first time riding, I had Harper & Jaxon in the tea cup with me. Jaxon loved this ride! ![]() We got off and got back in line for Tea Party #2 -- this time I had Hunter & Evan with me. ![]() ![]() Now we are on our way to Dumbo Walked right up and got on the next cycle -- no waiting. We turned down the opportunity to go in the play area as we figured we would have time for that later in the week. I rode with Jaxon. Evan rode with Bo. Hunter & Harper were both in their own private elephants. The boys LOVED...LOVED...LOVED...LOVED Dumbo! To this day if you ask them their favorite ride...Dumbo! ![]() Flying high over Storybook circus ![]() Since we were in Fantasyland, we decided to go on Barnstormer to see if Jaxon liked it enough to try Big Thunder Mountain later in the week -- I will save you the suspense, NO HE DID NOT!! Back up a bit, Evan was tall enough to ride this, so we all walked right up to the loading area. Hopped in our "planes" and away we went. Evan was FREAKING out!! He did not like this at all! I couldnt tell what Jaxon thought since he was in the plane behind me with Bo. We got off and Bo told me that Jaxon was freaking out too and did not want to ride it again. After Barnstormer, Hunter wanted to go on Haunted Mansion. So we headed there and grabbed some cookies along the way. Haunted Mansion -- I love HM!! Did I mention I love HM??!! OH, I dont think I mentioned I love HM!! The line was moving very quickly, so I only took 1 picture. ![]() The boys liked HM for the most part. Evan is a bit skiddish about the dark, but he didnt do too bad. I held him close and just reassured him. Now, the stretching room...thats a different story! That boy screamed and started crying! Now we wanted to head over to Woody's Dance Party -- but first, we needed some more cookies and hot chocolate. Did I mention it was chilly tonight!??!! It WAS!!! ![]() Along the way we encountered our first characters for the night, Peter Pan & Wendy. There were just a few people in line, so we waited a few minuted to see them. The character interaction was awesome! Jaxon was a bit nervous about meeting them, so I stayed with him. ![]() ![]() We stumbled across the last half of Once Upon A Christmastime parade. I wasnt terribly worried we missed it because we knew we were planning on seeing the 2nd parade of the evening. Since we were on the "wrong" side of where we needed to be, we had to wait until the parade ended to cross over to get to Diamond Horseshoe for the dance party. Up next -- Woody's dance party!!

Day 1, Part 6 More MVMCP
Day 1, Part 6 MVMCP Dance Party & Holiday Wishes
When I left off we were headed over to Diamond Horseshoe for Woody's Dance Party ![]() We got there and there were only a couple kids inside. None of the characters were in there at the moment, but they announced they would be there shortly. So, the kids took the dance floor and were dancing with the little boys. It was the cutest thing ever. The 3 boys got tired of this pretty quickly because it got quite busy. Harper however, was having a great time! Out first was Woody! Harper stayed close to him, but let the little kids have some dance time with him before she moved in. ![]() Out next was Harper's favorite, Jessie! She loved Harper's hair because it was long and braided just like hers. Too cute! ![]() Bullseye came out about this time too. Harper eventually chased him down and had her dance time with him. ![]() Evan was excited once the characters came out, but he was just so overwhelmed with everyone around that he didnt want to be out on the dance floor. Bullseye came over to see the little boys and Evan got a hug, but Jaxon hid!! The dance party was a lot of fun! After the dance party, we headed out to find a spot for Holiday Wishes which started at 930pm and the second Once Upon A Christmastime parade which started at 1030pm. I already knew where I wanted us to watch, and luckily we werent far away. We wanted to be right there where Frontierland & Liberty Square sort of meet since the parade has to slow down there to make the turn to head up to the HUB. We got our spot about 30 min before Holiday Wishes. Here are some of the pictures I captured from Holiday Wishes... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Holiday Wishes is absolutely breathtaking!! I admit to crying a bit during the fireworks, which does make taking pictures a wee bit hard! ![]() Up next, Once Upon A Christmastime Parade
