Not that I don't trust my TA I just like confirming all details myself. Does anyone know how to confirm on board credits prior to sailing? I called Disney directly and was informed they can not confirm this and to call my TA.

I guess you should ask you TA - unless you really don't trust your TA!

It's my understanding that most TA's don't put the OBC on your account until a few days prior to sailing. So there is really no way to verify prior to sailing.

Do you have a contract with your TA? I'd think that the amount would be on there, and as long as it's signed, if the TA doesn't get it on there, then you would have a case against them for breach of contract.

No I trust my travel agent and have all the emails. I'm just a little weird when it comes to the details. This is the first time I've used a TA vs booking everything myself.
