My activity booking window opens today - What fills up first?

My booking window opens today for our April 6 six night Western Caribbean cruise out of Galveston.

We have an infant so we will look to schedule some nursery time. Also, some adults in our party are interested in taking an on-board cooking class. Do these sell out quickly?

What are the cruise activities that sell out first?

Palo brunch is usually the first to go. The on-board cooking classes I've taken were no charge -- if you show up 15 mins ahead of time to get a seat, you should be fine.

Not familiar with your itinerary, if it goes to Castaway Cay. If so, the cabanas will go quickly. But we haven't felt the "need" to spend that kind of $$$ for a private getaway when the ship is nearby.
