I am going to rent a one bedroom villa which states sleeps 5. I have 2 parents and 3 kids and think a king bed and queen sleep sofa might be cramped. Can you rent a cot from BLT? If not was thinking of taking a sleeping bag for the littlest to keep the little ones from fighting/getting less sleep.

The chair in the one bedroom villa turns into a twin bed.

Just returning from a one bedroom at BLT. The chair in the living room folds out to a very comfortable twin size bed. More than enough room for three people in the living area.

DVC resorts do not offer cots or rollaways. But like others have already stated, you have the queen sleeper sofa and the twin sized sleeper chair in the living room. You'll also have the extra bathroom just off the entrance for the living room crew.
And, no, you cannot move the sleeper chair into the bedroom. It's too heavy and large. (people always ask about that one too)
