It's 10% off over $50 and if you have an AP, whatever discount you get in the parks is what you get in the expo. Oh! And it's only for the official merch, unfortunately not other booths. I wish Raw Threads would do discounts, but that might be really dangerous.

Not sure about that one, sorry. Since they're partnered w/ them it wouldn't hurt to ask them at the expo.

Two weeks after I signed up for the 10k, I found out I couldn't go.

I wish registration was transferable so mine wont go to waste. Oh well.

For all you first timers, you're going to have an amazing time! The Run Disney half-marathons have been by far my favorite to do.

I'm so sorry! I know you can't transfer $-wise, but is there maybe a way that run disney can defer your registration to next year? That way if it ends up being crazy again like this year you know you will have a spot?

That's what I thought they did too, for up to 1 year.

Hmmm...I Googled it, and can't tell if they'll allow a 10k deferral. I will e-mail them when I get a chance.

Should be on the RunDisney site. Email them. There is a form you have to submit. My friend deferred W&D this past year.
This is their first 10k so that is a good question, but you paid $95 to register, you should be able to defer. Usually the rule is you can defer to the same race the following year or a comparable race within the year. Since there isn't a comparable race it would need to be the same race next year I would think.

My kids who are running are 26 and 23. My mother is also running. Right now she is in a 10K slot, but may move to a 5K if her cardiologist says to. My SIL and another friend are also running. We currently have 6 on the team. They are running on Team Muscle Makers for UCMD. The young man (5) that they run for has UCMD, but he did his first 5K this past weekend.

I love this! Such a good cause and excited for the little guy doing his first 5k! Wtg little dude!

The response I received about 10k deferral:

We do offer deferrals, however the links and forms are not ready yet as we going through some system upgrades. Once the forms are available we will e-mail you the information.
