Help--how to make a payment on "new" website? - The DIS Discussion Forums

I would like to make a payment on my vacation package, but, don't see that as an option on the new "my Disney experience" website. Do I need to call to make a payment or is there a way to make a payment on-line? TIA

From what I have seen and read here yes you have to call and make a payment. If you can get to the old website you might be able to make a payment there! i guess it is worth a try!

I checked my reservation just now (9:20 PM EST) and now under "My Reservation" and then "View Details" I have new things.

1) It gives me my balance due (which it would never do before)

2) There is a "Make Payment" hyperlink

When I click the link I can now see my balance, how much I've paid so far and how I paid it. It gives me the option to pay with a credit card, Disney Gift Card, and/or Redemption certificate.
