Two stops at CC? 5 nights?

I remember searching around about a year or so ago, and there was the occasional 5 night two stops at CC listed. Maybe I'm too lazy or can't figure it out, but I don't see anything like that anymore. Does DCL still have any cruises that stop twice at CC? As best I can tell, I think they do not due to so many ships using CC now.

I went on one last summer. It was aboard the Disney Dream. It was twice to CC and a stop at Nassau. I guess they are not offering the 5 night when I looked at the itineraries.

At one point when there were just two ships and one was not sailing out of PC, you could sometimes book 4-day cruises with two stops at CC. We did a B2B on the Wonder one summer when the Magic was in Europe and actually had three CC stops in seven days as a result.

I think you are correct, however, that with more ships now sailing they are unlikely to be able to accommodate "double-dip" CC itineraries.

The Magic is doing one Oct 20, after she comes back from repairs.

Ah yes, I see that one. Nice. I loved the two stop CC because if one was a bad weather day, you got a second chance. Plus, if you did get both days, they both seemed not quite so rushed--so much more relaxing that you did not have to cram in all the activities in just a few hours.

I am reading that is a dry dock of 6 weeks? major overhaul? I presume this cruise is just After that overhaul? Is there a thread about the Magic on this?

The funny thing is after the 5 day they do a 2 day cruise to nowhere. Sounds like it would be a funny B2B.

Is the 2 day cruise available for booking? Sometimes DCL hosts private events.

We did a 5 night Double Dip on the Dream this past summer. We loved the two stops at CC!

Yes that is available to the general public. We are booked on it as part of a b2b2b2b (We usually go for two weeks at a time and really wanted to do the double dip cruise but this 2 night messed up our plans. So we just decided to add it to 3 five night cruises and make the best of it. It was the only way we could get a decent vacation on the Magic in for 2013.)

There's several threads about it, no one really knows for sure what they are doing. That date is the only double dip. I don't know if there are any in 2014. But I'm on the one in October. Can't wait!!!
