In my experience they have running clinics too to get you to running 5k, 10k, half marathon, etc. At ours, there is a small fee but you get a weekly run, smoothie after, shirt, etc.

So my running store is kinda far from home. It USED to be near where I worked... but I didn't go there then. Too bad... bcz they had running clinics at like 530 and I could've went after work then missed rush hour. Darn.

OK so I found this really cool site called cruise fish dot net

Here you can sign up for 0.99 and they will monitor the cruise for you and send an email to you and notify you when the price changes, or a category becomes available , all kinds of greatness.

so yesterday, my DH wanted to go to the local Bass Pro Shop and buy some ammo for his guns, so we loaded up and went to the local outlet mall.

They were out of ammo, seems with all the gun legislation, people are clearing off the shelves and there was none, I mean none for his 40cal. So we went to the Bed Bath and Beyond so I could pick up some new frames, we had our pictures taken a couple of weeks ago and they came out real nice.

As we were walking around I saw the Coach store, DH needs a new wallet and I had seen one in the coach store that I thought he would like, so off we go. As we walk in the lady tells me that all their hand bags are 50% off.

so I come home with a bag or two....


You can see Dh's wallet in there too....

But just to make it all even he did get a new grill
